Zeta Industry has been established in 2010 carries out Epoxy Coated Dowel Bar, Tiebar and Epoxy Coated Reinforcing Bar-Rebar manufacturing in its production facilities in Tuzla / Istanbul for national and global scale strategic infrastructure / superstructure construction projects.By value attributing to continious development and innovation, Zeta Industry have achieved to be the sector leading company today without comprimising quality concept since the commencement of operation and has became a preferred brand in 5 continents and 50+ countries. In the last decade, Zeta Industry has served many strategic airport, highway facility and building projects and had a firm reputation in due respect. Zeta Industry has crowned its solid reputation in sense of quality in Epoxy Coated Dowel bar, Tiebar and Rebar manufacturing with international recognition quality certificates.
With Certificate of Conformity to American ASTM Standards, which is the first and only in Turkey and very rare in the world, ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 18001 OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety Management Certificates and with conformity to EN 13877-3, Europe-wide recognized standard, Zeta Industry has been an exemplary firm in its sector and follows closely and supports scientific studies in construction technologies all over the world.
Zeta Industry currently manufactures monthly average 500.000 pcs of Epoxy Coated Dowel bar products in 4.500 m2 covered area inside its manufacturing plants using computer-controlled robotic system tandem lines and can increase its production capacity according to the frequency of the purchase orders and requests. Monthly Rebar production capacity can be rised up to 3.000 metric tones.
